Virtual Property and Casualty Sales Agent

Affordable USA Insurance (http://affordableusainsurance.com/) is looking
for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Property and Casualty Sales
Agent to work in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: FT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. Must have the ability to work any
8-hour shift between the hours of operation based on business needs.

What you will do:
Answer inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits.
Generate sales leads.
Cross-sell products associated with insurance coverage.
Generate new insurance quotes.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right
tools provided by the company.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits.
Conduct follow up calls to close sales and/or ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
and file documents.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License your resident
state. High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of call center/customer service experience.
1 year of experience at an insurance agency or other relevant
experience.
Highly driven with sales goals.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
A dedicated workspace free from noise or distractions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have your own computer and Internet
connection. This is a 100% remote role. Home office set-up.

Salary ranges: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
