in search for a Life Insurance and Final Expense Agent to sell insurance
over the phone from home in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

KEY DUTIES:
Conduct telephonic presentations to sell life insurance solutions.
Expand business reach through our amazing agent referral program
and optional team building program.
Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
Complete one call close transactions with provided leads and
referrals.
Effectively gathering sales referrals agency sponsored incentives.
Build community relationships.
Maintain acceptable quality of business.
Be a contributing member of a team.
KEY PROFILE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Life Insurance Producers license (if not licensed, at least willing to
obtain it).
Previous experience in insurance, sales, and customer service
preferred but is not required.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic is a must.
An outgoing personality is a huge plus!
Must be extremely coachable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to acquire high speed Internet, capable
computer, and a USB headset. Home office set-up.
