Description:Ticketing Account Development Representative JOB ID: 75022-25192Job Description: Objective of position : The ADR is the person who will be doing primary lead qualification and prospecting for new opportunities for our outside sales team. They will work to contact as many organisations as possible, with the current goal being 10,000 calls a year for the team. This being done in order to "pass" the leads to outside sales, which will ultimately generate new sales of software and services.Major responsibilities and critical tasks : Qualify leads from Organisations interested in Blackbaud software that come from direct mail pieces or web submissions (this is estimated to consist of 15% of the job) Call Organisations with the goal of ascertaining more information about their budget and the number of Make cold/prospecting calls (this is estimated to consist of 85% of the job) Contact Organisations that Blackbaud has targeted as potential prospects Respond by either sending more information to the organisation or passing the lead to the outside sales teamKey organisational relationships : The success of the incumbent will be dictated largely by the effectiveness of his/her relationship with the following: Internal : The ADR will be appointed by and report to the Sales Manager. Effective performance requires development and maintenance of open and effective relationships with Sales Management, other members of the sales team as well as Marketing. External : Since this position may well be the first contact an organisation will have with Blackbaud, an ADR must always be conscious of how they are portraying themselves as well as developing great first impressions. Required Experience: At least one year of telesales experience with high outbound call volume Experience in a box office or arts and culture background would be an advantage. Experience in telesales of software solutions is also helpful.
